Who is behind it

Shasu Invest is led by Lucia Sen Nguyen, a HR and business advisor with nearly 30 years of experience who works between Vietnam and Europe. Shasu Group has operated for 15 years across executive search, training, M&A, immigration and OEM sourcing.

Questions investors ask

How does Shasu Invest work?

Shasu Invest lists Vietnamese companies for sale and the acquisition mandates of international buyers. You apply on this site; we screen the profile, arrange an NDA and make the introduction.

Are company names shown?

No. Each listing has a reference code and a summary. The name, exact address and financial detail are released after screening and an NDA.

Can foreign investors acquire a Vietnamese company?

In most sectors, yes. Some sectors carry foreign-ownership limits or licensing conditions, so we check the structure for each deal before you commit.

What is a buyer mandate?

A mandate is a written brief from an investor: sectors, minimum revenue, stake size and ticket. Sellers can see what is wanted and submit their company against it.

Are the figures audited?

No. Figures come from the sellers and are indicative. VND amounts are converted at about VND 25,500 per US$. Verification happens in due diligence.

I own a company. Can I list it?

Yes. Use the seller form. We review each application by hand and reply by email.
